I started in the kiwifruit industry with Eastpack back in 2012 during the tough PSA timesstaring out in the Inventory & Shipping team and have witnessed the industry bounce back and the future growth still to come is exciting. With over 8 years of experience in leading coolstore teams, I have more recently been working as part of the operations team as the company’s Coolchain Manager predominantly based at the Quarry site.
My passion is looking for improvement opportunities and more efficient ways to operate using technology to assist where possible. I am lucky enough to work closely with Eastpack’s 6 site coolstore teams to help mentor and further develop the company's coolchain strategy and best practices.
Prior to Eastpack, I worked for 5 years in a supply and logistics role based out of Western Australia with BHP Billiton.
