Conference Preparation
Are you Ready? To be informed To get up to date To make new contacts To meet old friends To see the sights & delights of Wellington
Well as usual, organisation is running right up to the wire but rest assured, another great conference is in the making.
If you haven't been to one of our conferences for a while, then please give it your serious consideration. We've had fantastic feedback for the past few years.
Registration - Get in Now for Early Registration!
Time is running out for early registration so get your forms into me as soon as possible to ensure you get the price advantage. I'll give a few days grace but send an email or give me a call to let me know you will definitely be coming. Also, please contact me if you are having any problems locating the registration form or getting other conference information. Rachel Harvie nzcoldstorage@xtra.co.nz 04 563 8187 027 446 4468
Good numbers have signed up already inlcuding some from across the ditch!
Sponsorship
There has been a great response so far from companies wanting to sponsor the conference and become part of the Trade Display. Many thanks to all those companies that have committed so far. We couldn't hold such a great conference without you.
A few stands are left so contact me to make sure you get an ideal spot.
Programme
The programme is taking shape and we are working hard to ensure there is a wide range of speakers who can update you on current events that are likely to impact on the cold storage sector. The latest programme outline has been updated on the website and will be updated regularly as we confirm speakers. Check here for the latest outline.
IIR Technical Day and Centenary Dinner
A great selection of speakers is lining up for the IIR centenary celebration and the two afternoon sessions in particular should provide a wealth of information to guide the strategic development of the industry for the future.
If you are coming for the whole conference, please make sure you have allowed enough time to stay until the end of the Tuesday session. You may also want to consider adding another day (if you haven't already) to stay on for the public lecture and Centenary Dinner - both of which are events not to be missed!
